- Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service to initiate a request for a replacement
- 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to report defective unopened items. We generally arrange for replacement rather than accept returns
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for regular-priced items only. Sale items are non-refundable.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition (unopen full bottles) with all original tags/labels attached.

- Packaging: Repack items securely in sturdy packaging and include a copy of your invoice or your customer number, full name, and billing address.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund total.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and accepted, your refund will be processed within a reasonable period, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
